Tell us a little about Elfördel!
– Elfördel is a full-service manufacturer and supplier of customized electrical distribution boards, service entrance panels, cable distribution cabinets and low-voltage switchgear. Our customers are located throughout Sweden and include wholesalers, electrical contractors, electricity suppliers and industrial companies. The end customer is usually an installer responsible for installation and commissioning on site.

How long have you been working with Karlborgs?
– Pretty much since Jonas started the company around 2013. Jonas and I have known each other for a long time and have worked together in the past, so it was a natural choice to work with him when Karlborgs was established.

What does your collaboration involve?
–You could say that we buy services from each other – we have a mutual customer-supplier relationship. Sometimes Karlborgs needs a specific solution for an electrical distribution board or control panel, usually for a retail store. They engineer the solution and provide us with a drawing, which we then turn into a finished product.

On the other hand, we may receive an enquiry from a customer and engage Karlborgs for their specialist electrical expertise. We build according to their recommendations, and ultimately Karlborgs may also be responsible for installation and commissioning.

What have you achieved together?
– We bring different areas of expertise and customer enquiries to each other, complementing one another to the benefit of both companies – ultimately to solve the customer’s problem. For us, having Karlborgs by our side is extremely valuable because they are out in the field with fully equipped service vehicles, while we can focus on our core business in the workshop.

What do you appreciate about Karlborgs?
– They are reliable and easy to work with. They are open to taking on most challenges, very responsive and able to work independently. Simply put, they are a flexible and dependable partner.
